This transfer took effect on 22 February 2019 (Portfolio 2019) and 31 October 2025 (Portfolio 2025) under a Vesting Order by the High Court of Malaya.
Following the vesting order (Originating Summons No. WA-24NCC-61-02/2019), your account and all rights, benefits, and interests under your Credit Card, Hire Purchase, Personal Financing, Mortgage/Term Loan, and Small Business Loan accounts have been transferred to and vested in Aiqon Amanah Sdn Bhd effective 22 February 2019.
Customers would have received a joint letter from AmBank and Aiqon Amanah notifying them of this portfolio sale. Our objective remains to provide guidance and offer effective solutions to help you achieve financial freedom.
